Walking My Ways
WALKING MY WAYS. Last week I did one of the most unbelievable, strange, amazing (and exciting) things I have done in a long while. Perhaps crazy. I began my own, private, personal blog. Thanks to Gary, a long time friend, who did all the details. According to Substack, (which is the glue that holds it all together,) setting up a new account is as easy as pie. To begin with, baking pie is not easy. Anyway, not for me. And without Gary’s help, I would have been dead in the water. And like I suggested, Substack is complicated. I first had to give them my bank account, routing number, date of birth, address and one hundred other things. Next, I had to come up with more pass words than you can shake a stick at. And remember those pass words. Then, I also had to edit and transfer all my e-mail addresses. Which was a cumbersome chore, but ultimately accomplished. And finally, after countless hours, (mainly Gary’s hours,) we accomplished the almost impossible. WALKING MY WAYS is now an official, personal, off the path, possibly weird, BLOG. And it is all mine. For good or for bad. But who ever would have thought that it would happen in the first place? Or gotten as involved as it did? And who knows where this will end? Surely not I. But thank you for being involved and for reading my blog. (Aka story, anecdote, philosophy, advice, and a little slice of life.) Finis
